Your sales representative for the Baltics and Finland.
German and Nordic industrial companies appoint get2market as their commercial agent for this region. One contract, one named person, senior local representatives working each territory. Most of what we earn depends on what we sell.
The problem
You are already selling here. Nobody here works for you.
Most German, Danish, Dutch and Swedish industrial companies handle the Baltics from head office, or from a Polish office, or not at all. The orders that come in are the ones that found you. Nobody is out there finding the rest.
The usual fixes are expensive or slow. Hiring a country manager means a company, a payroll, a contract and a year before you know whether it worked. A distributor takes the margin and owns the customer. A lead generation agency sends you meetings with people who do not know who you are, and hands them back to a sales director three countries away.
What get2market is: a commercial agency. You appoint us as your sales representative for a defined territory under a written agency contract. We sell in your name. You invoice the customer and you own the customer. We are paid a modest retainer and a commission on what closes.
Population and GDP: Eurostat, 2025. Manufacturing is 13.1 % of Lithuanian GDP, 14.2 % of Finnish, 10.8 % of Estonian and 10.0 % of Latvian.
How it works
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
We agree the territory and the terms
Which of the four countries, which product lines, which accounts are carved out because you already hold them. A commercial agency contract, twelve months, exclusive inside the territory. Standard EU agency law applies and we do not try to write around it.
I learn your product properly
Two to three weeks. Your technical people, your pricing, your last ten lost deals and why you lost them. If I cannot explain your product to an engineer, I cannot sell it.
The territory gets worked
A named representative per territory, supported by an outreach system that covers the whole addressable market rather than a shortlist. Calling in the local language through Motivo in Vilnius. Everything lands in one pipeline you can see.
I run every serious conversation
On video, and in person when the deal is worth the flight. Vilnius is inside two hours of most of your head offices, so a meeting is a day trip, not a project.
Four ways to work together
Pick the one that matches how much you want to own.
Representation
from €1,500 a month, plus 5 to 15 % commission
We are your agent. We carry your name and we close in your favour.
How representation works →Pipeline
€2,500 a month, plus €150 a meeting
You keep the selling. We build and run the machine that fills your calendar.
What is in the pipeline service →Pipeline plus calling
€3,500 a month, plus €150 a meeting
The same, with a Vilnius calling team on the phone in five languages.
How the calling layer works →Market entry with closing
€3,500 a month, plus 10 % of year one
Everything above, and I take the meetings and sign the first contracts.
What market entry includes →What we will not do
The limits, said out loud.
- We do not take more than three principals at a time. Attention is the product.
- We do not take two principals who compete with each other, in any territory.
- We do not sell self-serve software, consumer products or anything with a two week sales cycle. A commercial agent is the wrong tool for those.
- We do not recruit or place workers into Dutch shipyards or industrial sites. That is a separate business the founder still has obligations to, and it is off the table.
- We do not buy your stock, hold inventory or take title to goods. We are an agent, not a distributor. You keep the customer relationship and the margin.
The person in the middle
You are hiring a person, not a logo.
get2market is run by Arūnas Roličius, in Vilnius. Twenty years of operations and commercial work: country manager roles, a board-level position across eighty pharmacy locations, five years opening European food and drink into Japan, and most recently chief operating officer of an EU labour supply company selling into Dutch shipyards. Lithuanian first language, English and Russian professional.
Every principal gets him personally on every serious call. The representatives in each territory work under his contract, not instead of him.
Let us talk about your region.
Thirty minutes on video. You tell me what you sell and where. I tell you whether I am the right person and what it costs. If I am not, I will name someone who is.
