Service
Market entry with closing.
You are entering the region cold. I build the pipeline, take the meetings, and sign the first contracts myself. Six month minimum, because nothing here closes faster than that and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
What the six months look like.
Weeks 1 to 3: the brief
Your product, your pricing, your last ten wins and losses, your competitors here and what they charge. The addressable market built and sized. A written entry plan with the segments in priority order and the reasons.
Weeks 2 to 4: the infrastructure
Domains, mailboxes, CRM, data, calling brief. First sequences live by the end of week four.
Months 2 to 3: first meetings
I take them. You are welcome on the call and often should be, but you are not required. Written debrief after each one, including what the market said about your price, which is usually the most useful thing you learn.
Months 3 to 5: first contracts
Negotiation, references, procurement, whatever the buyer's process demands. In person where the deal justifies it. Travel is billed at cost and agreed before it is booked.
Month 6: the decision
A written recommendation: appoint an agent, hire a country manager, take a distributor, or leave. I will tell you to leave if that is the answer. It has been the answer before.
The commission
Ten percent of first year contract value on deals I close, on top of the €3,500 a month. Only on deals I close. Inbound orders that arrive because your product is good are yours and are not commissionable, and that is written into the agreement.
Where this usually ends
If it works, most companies move to representation at month seven: lower monthly cost, commission on everything, a named representative per territory. That is the intended path and the pricing is built for it.
Let us talk about your region.
Thirty minutes on video. You tell me what you sell and where. I tell you whether I am the right person and what it costs. If I am not, I will name someone who is.
