Service
Pipeline plus calling.
The same pipeline service, with a Vilnius calling team working the list by phone in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Russian and English.
Why the phone still matters here.
In heavy industry, construction, energy and the public sector across the Baltics, the person who decides is often not the person who reads email. Plant managers, technical directors and procurement leads at mid-sized manufacturers answer the phone, and a call in their own language from a local number gets further in ninety seconds than four emails get in a month.
Calling is also the only honest way to reach companies whose published address is a general info mailbox, which is a large share of the industrial base in all four countries.
Motivo is a Vilnius sales outsourcing and cold calling agency and is get2market's calling partner. They are not a subcontractor hidden behind our name. They are named, you can look them up, and there is a reciprocal referral agreement between us: either side passes the other work it cannot serve, at ten percent of first year revenue both ways.
How the two layers work together
Email goes first
The sequence runs for the first ten days and does the cheap work: the people who are interested identify themselves.
The phone follows the silence
Everyone who opened but did not answer, and everyone with no email address worth using, goes onto the calling list with a written reason to call.
The call is a conversation, not a script
Callers work from your material and a briefing, in the buyer's language. The goal of the call is a meeting with you or with me, not a pitch.
Everything lands in one place
Call outcomes, email replies and meetings all end up in the same pipeline, so the daily report is one report.
The rules on calling
A live call from a person to a business number needs no prior consent in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia or Finland. Automated and pre-recorded calls do need consent, everywhere, and we do not make them. Every number that asks not to be called again goes on a permanent suppression list shared across all principals.
Let us talk about your region.
Thirty minutes on video. You tell me what you sell and where. I tell you whether I am the right person and what it costs. If I am not, I will name someone who is.
