What this website collects

Nothing, unless you fill in a form

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, no session cookies and no third party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so no request leaves your browser to a third party when you read a page. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

If you fill in a form

The contact form and the representative application form send what you typed to a database run on Supabase, hosted in the EU. Along with your answers we store the page you sent it from, the page language, the referring page, your browser user agent string and the time. That last set exists to catch automated spam, and nothing else.

• Why we may hold it: to answer you, which is either the steps taken before entering a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry.
• How long: enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after twenty four months. Enquiries that become a client relationship are kept for as long as that relationship runs, plus the period Lithuanian accounting law requires.
• Who sees it: Arūnas Roličius. Nobody else, unless you become a client and a named representative needs to work your account.
• Where it lives: Supabase, EU region, and the CRM, which is HubSpot.

If get2market emails you first

We run business to business outreach on behalf of our principals. When we contact you, we hold your business contact details on the basis of legitimate interest, we tell you in the first message who we are and who we are writing for, and every message carries a one click way to stop it. An opt out is permanent, applies across every principal we work for, and is honoured for the phone as well as for email. If you want your details removed entirely rather than suppressed, say so and that is what happens.

Where we obtained your details is on record and we will tell you if you ask.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to arunas@get2market.lt and you will get an answer within a month, usually within a day. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
