Service

Pipeline.

For companies that want to own the selling. We build the list, run the outreach, handle the replies and put qualified meetings in your calendar. You do the rest.

What you get, every month.

  • The list. Up to 1,500 new contacts a month, built from company registers, VAT registrations, job adverts and the Enterprise Europe Network partnering database, not bought as a file. Above 1,500 it is €0.50 a contact.
  • The infrastructure. Separate sending domains, warmed mailboxes, authentication set up properly, a tracking domain, suppression lists, and reply routing. Your main domain never sends a cold email.
  • The sequences. Four steps over roughly three weeks, in the buyer's own language where that matters. Written for one reader at a time.
  • The replies. Every reply is read by a person the same working day, classified, and either answered or escalated to you.
  • The meetings. Booked into your calendar with a written brief on who the person is, what they said and why they agreed to the call.
  • The numbers. A daily report and a weekly call. Contacts added, sent, replied, positive, meetings booked, meetings held. No vanity metrics.

What counts as a qualified meeting

Agreed in writing before we start, and it is the only number the €150 attaches to. The default definition: the person holds or directly influences the budget, the company fits the profile we agreed, they have accepted a specific time, and they turn up. If they do not turn up, it is not billed. If they turn up and were not who we said they were, it is not billed.

What this is not.

  • It is not a list of names emailed to you once a month.
  • It is not a bank of ten thousand contacts blasted from your own domain.
  • It is not paid per lead. Pay per lead makes the supplier want volume. You want the opposite.
  • It does not include anybody closing for you. If you want that, it is market entry with closing or representation.

Cold email is legal here, with conditions

Business to business email to a company address is permitted in all four countries on the basis of legitimate interest, with a clear and free way to opt out on every message. Lithuania moved legal persons out of the consent requirement in 2026. Finland is the strictest of the four when you write to a named person at their work address. We keep suppression lists and honour every opt-out across all principals, permanently.

The full rules, country by country

Let us talk about your region.

Thirty minutes on video. You tell me what you sell and where. I tell you whether I am the right person and what it costs. If I am not, I will name someone who is.
