get2market

For senior sales people in LT, LV, EE and FI

Carry three good products instead of one employer.

get2market is appointed as the sales representative for foreign industrial companies in this region. The territories are worked by experienced local salespeople on commission, under our contract. If you have twenty years and a phone book, this is worth reading.

The deal, plainly.

  • A floor, not just commission. Each territory carries a retainer paid by the principal. You get a share of it monthly from day one, so you are not working six months on hope.
  • A real share of the commission. The principal pays get2market 5 to 15 percent of closed revenue. The representative who did the work takes the larger part of it. The split is written down before you start and it does not move.
  • Exclusive territory. One representative per country per principal. Your accounts are yours.
  • You do not find the principals. That is my job. You do not do cold outreach either, unless you want to. The system feeds you meetings and you sell.
  • You stay independent. You invoice get2market from your own MB, IU, individual activity or equivalent. You are not an employee and there is no exclusivity over your other work, only over competing products.
  • You do not carry the admin. Contracts, data, CRM, invoicing to the principal, chasing payment: mine.

Who this suits.

The person I am looking for has fifteen or twenty years selling something physical or technical to businesses in their own country. They know the plant managers by name. They are between roles, or employed and quietly tired of it, or already freelance and carrying one or two lines. They would rather own the relationship than be managed.

Who it does not suit

  • Anyone who needs a guaranteed salary to pay the mortgage. The floor is a floor, not a wage.
  • Anyone who wants to be given a list and told what to say.
  • Anyone whose experience is entirely inbound, account management or retail.
  • Anyone who cannot hold a technical conversation with an engineer.

The terms you will be asked to accept

  • No competing principal, in any territory, while the contract runs and for twelve months after. Lithuanian law caps a post-term restraint at two years and requires it to be paid for, and we pay for it.
  • Every contact and every note goes into get2market's CRM. The data belongs to the principal, not to you and not to me. That is the deal that makes principals sign.
  • You represent the principal's name, so you follow their pricing and their limits.
  • Thirty days notice either way in the first six months, ninety after that.
