Case study
BouwPro: selling Lithuanian trades into Dutch industry.
The company that get2market's method was built inside. An EU labour supply business placing welders, pipe fitters, hull fitters, riggers, scaffolders and electricians into Dutch shipyards and industrial sites under the posted worker rules.
The situation.
Arūnas joined as chief operating officer in April 2026. The operating entity is Olandijos techninė konsultacija UAB. The commercial problem was the one most industrial exporters have: a good product, a market four countries away, no name recognition there, and a buyer base that does not answer generic email.
What was built.
The list, built rather than bought
Dutch shipyards and industrial employers identified from sector registers and cleaned by hand to 55 unique employers. Small, specific, and every name checked.
A second segment nobody else was working
Ship welders are a close match for armoured vehicle and defence manufacturing work. That recognition opened a separate campaign into defence manufacturers and EPC contractors, a market with more demand and less competition for the same labour.
Trade fair follow-through
DAIMEX Baltic 2026: a scoring framework applied to the exhibitor and delegate list, batched outreach through the event platform, and a matching LinkedIn campaign, rather than a folder of business cards.
The operating platform
Supabase as the single source of record, WhatsApp automation for the worker side, a gatekeeper layer over the worker database, and a morning digest at 07:30 so the day starts with the state of the business rather than an inbox.
A partnership instead of a hire
A recruitment partnership with HEMES rather than building a second sourcing team. The same instinct that makes get2market a network rather than an agency with staff.
Numbers to be added before this page goes live. Contacts worked, reply rate, meetings held, placements and revenue for the defence and EPC campaign are BouwPro's figures, not get2market's, and they will be published here only with the numbers confirmed and the company's agreement. A case study with invented numbers is worse than no case study.
What carried over into get2market.
- Build the list from registers rather than buying it. The 55 name list beat any bought file.
- Find the adjacent segment. The defence angle existed because someone asked what else a ship welder is good for.
- One database, everything else a view of it.
- A named person on the serious calls. In an industry selling people, the buyer is buying whether you will pick up the phone at seven on a Friday.
- Do not take on volume you cannot serve. That is why get2market caps at three principals.
get2market does not and will not recruit or place workers into Dutch shipyards or industrial sites. That remains BouwPro's business and it is excluded by agreement.

Thirty minutes on video. You tell me what you sell and where. I tell you whether I am the right person and what it costs. If I am not, I will name someone who is.
